Greetings from your fellow artist, tarouheartister, formerly artistic_h08! I changed my name to reflect my current artistic self. You can call me Tarou, though some know me as Puffy from DeviantArt, where I drew Powerpuff Girls and my OCs. That name mattered then, but now I’m exploring new styles like anime, comic, and cartoon influences. I’ve always made traditional art, and began digital work in 2015-2016. Since then, I've been practicing on my phone and laptop from 2020 to 2023 while keeping up with traditional pieces.
Projects
Miracles are OCs of mine designed in 2019, inspired by the Otome mobile game: First Love Story. I created six characters: Ayane, Ryo, Chika, Kuro, Kaori, and Takehiko.
Asuka, Hanako, Sota, and Taiki are characters made by my sister; we created the characters and a loose storyline together through roleplay and discussions.
The main couple is Ayane and Takehiko, but also Chika and Kuro, while the others face obstacles in their relationships. My sister and I will further develop the story and characters. Be on the lookout!
SYNOPSIS:
Ayane's world is full of everyday miracles. From awkward friendships, secret crushes, and the small, shining moments that make up high school life. As she tries to turn classmates into friends and navigates her feelings for Takehiko, she learns that growing up is messy, funny, and sometimes bittersweet. Rivalries, confessions, and tangled relationships pull the whole group together. Ryo, Chika, Kuro, Kaori, Hanako, Asuka, and more, into a whirlwind of misunderstandings and new beginnings.
*A future project I'll be working on for a couple of years is a comic story called Strangers Connection. I planned this back in 2019-2020 and am focusing on character references before starting the storyboard. The genre is drama and romance. I wrote a draft of the story, which I've rewritten a few times, aiming to divide events into seasons.*SYNOPSIS:
Strangers Connection follows Jensen Vipond, a poor guy who moves to a new city and suddenly finds himself living a "rich" life. He despises snobby rich people, but fate throws him into the world of his wealthy neighbor, Cherice Anderson, whose family helps him financially. They don’t talk until junior year, and that’s where things get complicated. How will Jensen’s views on the rich change when he starts to connect with Cherice? Will their different social statuses lead to conflict? Stay tuned for this drama-filled romance!

You may use the commission for profile pictures, wallpapers, and posts on public viewing platforms with Credit me, and I'm fine with that. :)
The commission should be completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on my schedule. I will inform you if I need more time.
Depending on my schedule and waitlist, commissions may take anywhere from a few days to several months.
All prices are approximate and subject to change based on the complexity of the commission.
Please send clear references, pictures are preferred; however, text references, please put them on a bullet list for easier understanding.
You must pay within 48 hours through PayPal in USD only.
Please always post the watermarked version. This protects your commission and my art from any art theft.
I reserve full rights to the artwork (except for the character and design) however, you are not allowed to reproduce the piece in any way for profit. (NFTs, tracing, selling merchandise, etc.)

NEVER claim the art as your own.
I reserve the right to decline a commission without explanation. (If I have accepted a commission, I will be the first one to reach out.)
IF you try to scam me or go against my t.o.s, I reserve the right to put you on a public blacklist.
REFUNDS are allowed to be requested if the commission has not been started.
Please make sure you are sure of your request before making payment (s).
I will send the highest resolution via Ko-fi message.
100% refund if I have not started your commission and you'd like to cancel. 50% refund if I started on the sketch. (No refunds if I've already begun working.)
If, for any reason, I cannot finish your commission and you've already paid or are not satisfied with the artwork, I will refund you 100% of the amount.
